Hello, my name is Khoa (pronounced "kwa") and I am currently a post-doctoral fellow in the lab of Shelley Berger at the University of Pennsylvania. My main interests are understanding chromatin dynamics in the context of aging and cellular plasticity. Alongside my research, I'm an advocate for effective science communication. I am a co-founder of JKX comics whose mission is to promote scientific literacy through the use of comics. 

Beyond science, I'm an avid sci-fi/fantasy reader (currently reading the Malazan Book of the Fallen series). I am also an avid runner with the dream of running 1000km in a year.
